Lately I have been interested in purchasing property around the Northern Alabama area.
It has been an odyssey. Well I finally found a Realtor that is worth her weight in gold.
For those of you who know me, my father is an auctioneer Realtor in Ohio. The highest morals, values, and ethics. The hardest worker, at the age of 70 can still work me into the ground. He cannot be topped. But he can be equaled. I finally found his equal.
There are a lot of scumbags out there. Untrustworthy, incompetent, and/or lazy. They exist in every profession. For some reason, they seem to flourish at auto dealerships. In Realty, it is getting better than it was but boy did I sure pick all the wrong ones until this one.
So save yourself some time. Learn from my mistakes. Springboard from my efforts and discovery.
